Join me on a deep dive into Elder’s diverse and deeply nourishing medicine.

We will gather in opening circle to share an infusion of Elderflower, talk of the medicine of both the flowers and berries and the rich folklore surrounding this tree, and ease into a guided meditation and drumming journey to meet with the spirit of Elder.

You will be provided with all the herbs you need to prepare and sit with Elder each day of our four week immersion and have access to a closed WhatsApp group in which to share your questions and experiences and be supported throughout your journey.
